A CAC is a Certified Aquascape Contractor. CAC's undergo the most rigorous training in the industry today to become one of the most elite water gardening contractors in the nation. Aquascape's CAC designation is not some "rubber stamp" manufacturer rating to sell their equipment. Aquascape has been in the water gardening industry for over 25 years and has spent years developing a training program for CAC's unlike any other in the industry today.

When you hire a CAC you are not just hiring a landscape contractor to build a water garden into a landscape. You are building a relationship with someone who has been trained to understand your landscape and to match the needs of your lifestyle to your landscape and to your budget. CAC's have training in virtually every facet of the landscape industry. From lighting to drainage and xeroscaping, your CAC is a trained expert in landscape construction. What a CAC does is to eliminate the stress most customers feel when considering a contractor for hire. They do this so well because they think for you and LISTEN to what you need and want in your landscape and from your contractor. CAC's are all licensed, bonded and insured contractors with impressive resumes of hundreds of satisfied customers. They receive leads from Aquascape's website and place customer satisfaction as their number one priority. While the CAC certification is difficult to achieve, it is easy to lose when customer satisfaction is poor. No project is complete until the customer has given the project a thumbs up.

WATER GARDEN EXCELLENCE

Ponderiffic Adventures has been a member of Aquascape's Water Garden Excellence program since its inception in 2005. The Water Garden Excellence (WGE) program was started by Aquascape as a means of allowing WGE member contractors to bring the many facets of water gardening to their customers and to their communities. Many members of Aquascape's WGE program are also members of the Top Frog club.

TOP FROG CLUB

The top frog club was started by Aquascape as a means of recognizing their top selling contractors and Ponderiffic has been a member of the top frog club at Aquascape 5 times in the past 10 yrs. As a member of the WGE and Top Frog Club, Ponderiffic is also a member of Master Aquascape Contractor program which was started in CA in 2006. To stay on top of all the latest water gardening information and WGE program guidelines Ponderiffic Adventures has attended Aquascape's Pond College or Pondemonium several times since 2003. To offer the very best to your customers that the industry has to offer the company has sent not just the owner but Ponderiffic Adventures has sent their foremen and members of their sales force as well to receive training in the latest water gardening, waterfall and Koi Pond equipment and installation practices.

Ponderiffic Adventures has been a big sponsor of ponds for kids through Aquascapes Ponds For Kids program having built water features at area schools and also having donated over 25,000 dollars worth of water garden projects to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America since 2004. 100% of the proceeds from the pond raffles and silent auctions at the annual Boys and Girls Clubs go to funding to continue the clubs activities.
